Sharing God's Truth in Neighborhood Bible Clubs

Please read Ms Linda Kline's report from Neighborhood Bible Clubs in June.

Thank you for praying for Neighborhood Bible Clubs in June 2011.

How God answered Prayer is given below.  Rejoice in what He has done.

Praises:  Thank God for helpers, attentiveness, enthusiasm, interaction, snacks, and weather   PTL!

Lessons were taught from the life of David—I am a child of God.   1. Man looks at the outward appearance but the Lord looks on the heart.  2. The One who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.  3. You are …members of God’s household.  4. The Lord will guide you always.  5. Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray.  (these verses were put to music and were learned for each lesson)

Northwestern Religious Ed. building clubs: (AM and PM clubs)

Average attendance was 47 children.  (Total of 60 children)

Three children accepted Christ into their life and 4 others prayed for assurance

34 children said all 5 Bible verses without any help

Norwayne Religious Ed. building clubs:  (AM & PM clubs) 

     Total children attending was 61 with an average attendance of 41

     Eight children accepted Christ (pray for continued follow-up) & 4 for assurance

     29 said all five Bible verses without any help

Bible club at Linda Kline’s home  on Catalina

      Attendance kept building starting with 14 and 39 on Friday.  (Total of 50 children)

      2 children prayed to receive Christ and were very clear in their decision

      Many children came ½ hour early and we had a picnic and pinata the last day

Carrie Becker’s club at her home on Wildwood

     34 children enjoyed a fun four days of club with average attendance about 21

     Many heard the gospel for possibly the first time

     Very few of the children attend Grace Brethren church
