Airman 1st Class Jessica Tharp

Last year Tim Harley and his son Nathan traveled to Central African Republic with a US Air Force Airman 1st Class, Jessica Tharp. Jessica is the niece of Tim's wife, Jeana.  The Harley's met up with Jessica in Bangui, Central African Republic.

Jessica is stationed in Japan. Yet she took her leave to do humanitarian work in Africa. So grateful that Tim Harley of Harley Drilling in Burbank, OH could facilitate a trip to repair and to refurbish water wells with their small crew of three.

You can read more of Jessica's story on the Kadena Air Base, Japan website. Thanks to US Air Force Airman 1st Class Malia Jenkins for publishing this story.
