Church planting is paramount to Grace Church. Our heart is to develop fully devoted followers who are in local churches to serve their community and to reach out from their neighborhoods into the region, across cultures, and abroad to the ends of the earth.

Bruce & Lisa Triplehorn are our missionary partners to Brazil. Grace Church counts it a privilege to send them out from our church to seek to develop fully devoted followers of Jesus in all the nations of the world.
The Triplehorns have served in Brazil for 20 years in the cities of Campinas, Uberlândia, & Belém. There are currently 13 Grace Brethren Churches in the greater Belém area. However, some of the most spectacular growth is happening in the outlying areas.
According to Word of Life Brazil, there are thirty thousand communities along the Amazon River and its tributaries. Of those, only 3000 have a Bible witness. The Triplehorns want to see Brazilian churches to send out laborers into that harvest.
Thus, Bruce has emphasized evangelism and discipleship. Bruce teaches the Bible in a biblical theology format (book by book). The venues for his teaching include, but are not limited to, bible studies in local churches or at points of light, to bible institute, and even at Word of Life Brazil. He has created and developed RETREL a leadership training course and launched the leadership network where teams of leaders are learning from each other and praying for each other.
So please pray for the Triplehorns in the following ways:
- Ask God to give them evangelistic contacts in their neighborhood
- Ask God to help them energy to equip pastors and church leaders in Uberlandia, Brazil
- Ask God to give them stamina and health as they reach out to see many come to Christ and to establish new believers in their faith.
