Today, God answered my prayers! Like a sherpa guiding me along the treacherous, adventurous, and extreme trails in life, God has brought me to a great place. My family and I have prayed for God to move us from Columbus to Wooster. We wanted God to show His glory by helping us sell this house even when the market looks down and when house sales are extremely slow. And, God did that today.
I am humbled that God has answered so quickly. He promises in the Bible that He will answer:
"This is the confidence that we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him (I John 5:14-15)."
God has intervened in my life and I want everyone to know that God is great! Psalm 48:1 says, "Great is the Lord and worthy of all praise." I have experienced again how great God is. And as the psalm ends, so I restate, "For this God is our God for ever and ever; He will be our guide even to the end (Psalm 48:14)." May God receive honor and glory for coming to our aid. Pause a moment and praise God with me and my family. I wonder how great God has been for you.
